Ok, so should I go 4 all weeks that I don't have any races and then go 1,2 and 3 according to the days of racing?

Is there a way to skip podiums ? They get tiring after a while. You used to able to skip them in previous games but for some reason that feature was removed as far as I can see ...
Maybe its in options.

@lalalala
You shouldn't keep form high the whole year.
If you have a break of a few weeks, you could just lower it to 1 or 2 even without races, so that your rider can get a rest.

@Lalala the training does not make your skills improve. It is just to increase your fitness.

It shows you get 0% freshness, but in real you get like 100% everyday.
like 90 or 85% on stages 10-16 and maybe 70-80% freshness at last 5 stages

Ok, so when I have a break, I will get a rest, so the fatigue goes down and I should always have high form before a race, is that what you're saying?

Nope, you got to find a balance that gives you good form but still low fatigue. Just have to experiment a bit, but with high fatigue you'll always have problems.

Anyone found a lack of team work in the world championships? I'm not sure exactly who the leader was but Ian Stannard fell early-ish in the race so there was only real Thomas who could have won. Later in the race (around 70K maybe) he was in the leading group (along with Cav who was struggling to keep in touch) and it was me, Wiggins, Swift in the group behind (around a minute behind). Thomas then got a puncture and recovered slightly ahead of my group so i pushed on to catch him and try and help in catch the front group again. I was low on stamina so did well to catch him and claw a few seconds back but soon enough i ran out of stamina and neither of the other riders were willing to try claw back the leading group.

A cap of stats can't be the reason, if i see the stats of you guys. Perhaps a bug?
Solved the problem by myself. Just simulated one day.
Mointain 75 on 1. June of the first year as 19 year old. Really heavy
I've had the case too and I just restarted the game. Everything went well and I have well my added points.

is there any support from team in this mode or you are all the time alone ? I was selected as leader of tea min race and as 1st stage started noone is protecting me and noone is near me. I think they should protect me and help me as i am leader of tema for that race, or am i mistaken?? What is your experience so far ?

As some already said, team communication would be great. What I mean by that?
E.g. that the team manager gives you orders to protect a teammate, tell you when you should/could attack or taking the lead of the peloton. Something like that.
A voice that lauds and criticizes you would be a great dynamizing element

I am a 79 MO climber at Giant . They can't help me much in the moutains , but they actually try . Priedler often protects me ( until he runs out of energy) and in Giro , in the last stage , Degenkolb protected me to end safely the Tour(i was White Jersey )

Well then i dont get it why they dont help me whole team is just maintaining position in pack and thats all .. of course i am not so big star as you i just started carreer as time trial specialist in 2.2 race ... but still if i am leader they shouldnt left me completely alone. Can it be because team has as sponsor objective to win stage there so they dont care about me how i am in GC ?

Anyone ever get selected for the World Championships? If so, when, how, for what nation and how good is your rider?
Just wondering because last season I won French NC TT but wasn't selected to ride WC ITT. Though I was only about 4th best French time trialist.

I was in Danish selection once and finished 28th on an easy flat course.
Though I was a 83 sprinter then.

Just started a career with a Time Trial guy, which I'm going to train into a puncher. Goal is to win P-N and also to get a WT contract. Currently I'm at Avanti and will hopefully take some race GC's easily.

I got selected in the Belgium line-up for the ITT WC in my first year. I was only 73 or 74 TT at that point, but the Belgian's TT stats aren't that great overall, so i guess that's why i got selected. I only finished 6th in the Belgian ITT, so the NC's don't really matter at all i guess.
