I had a question aboud extending your current sponsor contract.
I'm in 2012 and my sponsor contract runs out in 2013 but I want my sponsor (Sky ) also after 2013.
Maybe there is a solution with an editor, but I know absolutely nothing from editors.
Can someone help me and tell step by step what I have to do?

As long as you are in the season of 2012, then you can edit the year. Should be in the table DYN_sponsor.

I have gene_i_contract_end on 2018 but whene I start my career it's still 2013
How can I load my savegame in the editor?

You can load your save like any other cdb file.
The save would be in my documents\pcm2011\users\your name\database\solo\name of DB\
