It doesn't work. I have choose the file again into top view and always appear the same map and no route.
When I open new file I only choose "Read bounds from..." and I donĀ“t enter latitude and longitude. Cuold be that the problem??
In that case, what values should I put in every gap??
Thank you in advance.

I think I found the problem:
The name of the GPX files. I have chosen one with no spaces (Utiel-Ademuz.gpx) and I've get the correct map and route. Other routes have some spaces.
Thank you.

My gpx files have spaces, too. 1. You "Read bounds from..." without longitude and latitude is absolutely correct.
2nd load is not there. In the right window in topview mode there are 4 different pages. On the 2nd one there is load gpx/kml file. There you load the 2nd time.

Well I have tried with all the gpx with no spaces and some do work and others not. Now sure that I don't understand anything.
I will keep trying and start editing the routes that work. It's a pity because I had a whole Vuelta and some other races as Circuito Montanes (2.2) but not all files do work.
Thank you.

stage editor still crashes when trying to add water points. I have 1.0.3 patch and the .dem files for the US.

If you create a route from a .gpx file in US and the editor makes no problems and the map is shown, then there are no problems with the .dem files. The editor would crash before showing a map.
Since 1.0.3.0 I have no problems with water anymore. Are you sure that you installed PCM just once, and the folder of your stage editor is the same then the folder you patched?

click on "go to" and in best case you see a pink point. This can be a single point of a forest, field city or anything else. It can be hidden so toom in and turn the camera.
2nd possibiliy:
Sometimes there are two road waypoints on one point, so you don`t see the second one. Then you have to click on the waypoint and you`ll see the red and green lines which direction is activated, So normally it should repeat every 2 clicks, on crosses more, but if there is a click with red lines in all directions click delete, because this waypoint has no road and is uncompleted.
3rd possibility:
There is no roadproblem but you can`t see a pink point. Maybe the point is hidden and under the ground. Hold ALT and make a box around the "go to" area, All choosen points are activated and you`ll se the coordinate system. There might be a coordinate system without a point, so delete this one.
If you delete something wrong just "endo".

Still happening strange things with my GPX route. Many of them are stored in an external hard disk and none of them works. But, the ones I have it in My Documents work perfectly. Try to move some of them to My Documents and there they work, when they didn't do it in the external disk.
I have seen in some stages of the game that the route uses more than one time some intersections and in different directions every time. Anyone knows how can we make this with the editor because it's very useful for classics, national championships, and even in many tours?

Is it possible to add rest days on which date you want when making f. ex. a TDF variant? Or will the rest days be at the same date as the year before?
And when making a variant, do you need to edit things with the editor also?(not only the .rules and .descr)

Has anyone any experience how to use the bmp as scheme for insering towns, lakes, etc?
EDIT
In Addition, another question, when doing rounds an error appears, that "there's not enough space between two sections", has anyone a hint for that

id like to know too, i can get a bmp image in there but it way out of place, its nice to have something to look at without tabbing out but would be better if i was laying the stage over the bmp

I am finishing my first stage and I need to know how do you change the width of a road. I put valour 1 in Voies but them all route changes. How do you change the type and width of a road between two points.

You dont. You can only chance the width of a road by changing all the road. If you have only made one road, you can only change that road.
But i do hope someone will prove me wrong.
