anyone has ever managed to win the 3 GT and still have your rider with a sufficient form before the Vuelta after having raced the Giro and TDF?

level 5 on weeks
18-22 (giro)
26-30 (tour)
34-38 (vuelta)
on remaining weeks lowest as possible according to the limits
the most difficult part is handling the number of racedays
i've managed to win the 3gts riding tour de romandie, giro, 2 national championships, tour, and the vuelta (plus 2 WC, ending the season with 73 racedays)
i've been lucky with the variants as the routes had easy stages in the first week of all 3 gts.

yes agree, it is dependant on the variant, if its an easy 1st week of all GTs then Bertie can win all 3..
I tried with A Shleck but lost out on the TDF but won the other 2

and for the sprinters (Cavendish, Boonen, Petacchi for exemple) you managed to do the 3 GT with a good late season form fir WC. because they must also compete for Milan San Remo and other classics.

that would imply too many racedays in my opinion.
your sprinter need to have high fitness level at the beginning of a gt (flat stages are usually in the first 2 weeks), so he has to race many preparation events bedore gts. then you have to consider at least 12-15 racedays in preparation of MSR, plus all other cobbled classics (in boonen's case).
in conclusion it is possible in terms of fitness schedule but not in terms of racedays planning.

as per boonen, if you want him to race tdf and wc, i would suggest the fitness schedule attached with a similar calendar
langkawi
tirreno
MSR
gand wevelgem
4 days de panne
flanders
paris roubaix
tour de suisse
NC
tour de france
tour de pologne (optional)
vattenfall
eneco tour
[some minor classic to keep fitness high)
WC

How many days of racing a rider can have up to maintain good form late in the season?

Until 60 he can reach top form. Then he will get a lower fitness. Until 80 you can still have a "good" form but then it will be hard.

Table below shows relation between days raced and maximum racing fitness
You get maximum racing fitness between 15 and 60 racedays, after which max fit starts to drop
