sgdanny, are you from New Zealand?
Cause naming someone Mangere is rather humorous from my point of view as a kiwi.

Believe me, that's not how it works. For Lue Khamsé Khamphan (absolute classics beast, look him up in the DB) I got 1 (!) offer back in October, and that wasn't even WT. I mean, it worked out very well at Europcar, but for someone who's no more than a nice-ish domestique at the moment, you won't be getting an overload of offers.
(Not saying he won't be signed, I could see a certain central Asian team being quite interested in him.

Why should I be interested?*
*You sometimes think that there could be an alternative to capitalism?
Spoiler No, just kidding. Seriously, why should I be? He's Dutch and I have not a single cobbles domestique, but still have to sign decent domestiques for the mountains and hills. Why should I go for a cobbler then? I would just send him to races where TT matters, but that wouldn't satify him, for sure. Or don't you want to race classics?

@Dippo - Yeah , the team either have to be in the WT with some descent cobblers to help or a PCT team with cobblers and access to the big classics. So yes he is a hard match
@Silvio - Yeah I expect a team that have the mentioned qualities

Silvio - How long are you going to keep up the charade? If your team choice in the ICL was anything to go by then we can presume you are a fascist ......
Nice to have The Hoeke here and very active.
