It's not about the stats though but just about the short bio & changing the photo/painting of Richard. Uhm... yeah.

So here's the new version, making him a bit less weird.
Name: Richard Loewenherz
Age: 21
Nationality: Austria
Rider type: Fighter
Short Bio: Coming down from the coldest places of Tyrol, Richard Loewenherz has an odd name but the English translation of Lionheart holds up to this fighter through and through. He is born with the trademarks of a true racer, a fighter formed and steeled by nature; he will give everything even if the odds are overwhelmingly against him.
Coming from a Cyclo-Cross background, Loewenherz has caused quite a fuss in his young years, when he hailed down like an avalanche on those poor city biker souls. Used to riding in the snow, mud and woods, this guy knows how to handle any kind of terrain. He lives for mud, sweat & gears. He enjoys the melancholic winter atmosphere as much as the heat breezes of a summer mountain. Eager to show his competitiveness, he participated in some Belgian Cyclocross races, but eventually the traveling took the better of him at this young age and forced him back home. He endured the hardships, looked already for possible teams in teenage years and is now hopeful that he can achieve some success on the road. He was raised to compete, to not fear the pain. He always feels the burn. He does not need forgiveness thus he will always push just that little harder. He doesn’t care about his pay-check. All he needs is some gear, and when he is packed in, he is ready. These are the perks of being raised by some maniac preacher in a remote village. Racing is everything to this guy. He does it 365 days a year – taking an off-day is for this fanatic rider non-disputable. He will work for his teammates tirelessly. He will go into breakaways more often than you dare to count. And eventually, he will come out on top.

Mitchell Birt
Nationality: Australian
Age: 23
Speciality: Stage Races/Climber
Bio:
The talented young Stage Racer learnt everything he learnt in his home town of Launceston, Tasmania. The hills and mountains, whether on or off road were a perfect training ground for the young talented Climber. He specialised in BMX and the track which is where he became a very technical and talented time trialist.
The hard worker and dedicated rider will ride for himself or will happily be a domestique for his team leader.
He is looking for a team which will bring hom intotheir ranks and where he can become an experienced cyclist. A World Tour team will be ideal for Mitchell where he can get WorldTour experience and compare himself with and compete against the worlds best. However, a Continental Team may profit from his services better and he may get small lead rolse. Wherever he ends up he will be happy.
His Career Goals are to win the Tour Down Under and get a top 10 GC in a Grand Tour.

Wish Europcar had a space left, we have some nice Asians to accompany you
@Ollfardh
Please tell me those riders signed up now cannot participate in the Conti Championships

I think I'll reserve the continental championships for only people who participated in season part 1. The Europe startlist problem will be even worse with more teams and riders joining.
Secondly, when the transfers open, no one can sign a new custom rider until Androni, Astana, Katusha and any other new team have signed at least 1 rider.

Interesting...
Hmm.
I still have a option to make a 3rd custom rider. Will consider.

don't worry about not finding a team, Ollfardh will then just randomly put them in a team available
or it's first come, first served, all I know is that krisa didn't know about one of my riders joining his team two days later

Well, your two riders were the only one not in a team and I felt plenty of time to do so had been given, so I gave them teams I found fitting

Well, but if I make a rider, I'll make him useful at least @Luigi
