However, if you choose to select 3 riders, one has to be 18 and one has to be max 21. If you choose 2 riders, one has to be max 20.

Name: Marouane Shaqif
Nationality: Tunisia
Age: 21
Rider Type: Time Trial/Classics
Short bio: At age 8, Marouane was abandoned by his parents, with nothing but a bike and a bottle of water. For 2 years, he rode his bike around North Africa, receiving gifts of food, drink, and sometimes even money. At age 10, he was taken in by an Algerian family who had moved to his birth country of Tunisia. Over 2 years of nothing but riding, Marouane had developed a deep passion for cycling, and his love for the sport stayed with him. He kept training, and is now ready for the big leagues. After riding so much alone, it is no wonder that Marouane is time-trial expert, but he has also learned to ride all over any type of 'road'.

Still too high, remember that 78 TT stat eats a lot of points.

Full Teams:
Belkin, Argos-Shimano, FDJ, Euskaltel, Lotto Belisol, Sky, AG2R, Cannondale, Movistar
Nearly Full Teams:
IAM (5/6), Europcar (4/6)
Half Full Teams:
NetApp-Endura, Orica-GreenEdge, BMC, Saxo-Bank, Quickstep, Garmin-Sharp, Radioshack
Nearly Empty Teams:
UnitedHealthCare, Cofidis, MTN-Qhubeka, Bardini, Caja Rural
Empty Teams:
Katusha, Lampre, Vacansoleil, Accent, Champion Systems, Sojasun (and all the unmanaged teams
Note: Astana is separate, as they are "managed" but fcancellara is not taking part... bit of an odd situation.
Total Number Signed Riders: 45
Total Number Remaining Riders: 13
Total Number Remaining Spaces: 58
Conclusion:
CT teams are missing out. Clearly people only want leaders. This should finish up really quickly. I was bored

Hi, you can add Accent Jobs at empty teams. I sent several mail, but for now I have only negative or no reponse. I am waiting for one reponse, maybe ... who knows.
But for now I don't have a single custom rider.

Usefull stuff, this should speed up the process a bit. I'll add that Astana, Katusha and Champion Systems are pretty much dead atm. Vacansoleil, Lampre, Sojasun and Accent Jobs are relatively new, and should be able to get some young riders in.
I want to start the actual racing soon (assuming we get the database), so any riders not in a team by the end of the week will be sorted out by me

I think this idea is great and long may it continue. Why do teams have to be full? Simple answer is - they don't.
Hooked.
I hope to wake up in the morning to find Sojasun have added to the signing of Sinaga.

Also i forgot to add the main point... Riders are in demand, and should not have to contact teams. Managers need to make the effort to convince the few remaining riders why they should join x team

It's not that I want leaders. I want the roster to look more realistic in terms of nationality.

Ouch, Arblaster has been signed, Team Europcar was after him as well...
In that case, Team Europcar is still looking for a rider to fill up a spot in our roster. We prefer a 18 or 19 year old. Everything but a sprinter is fine for us, personally, I'd like a decent TTist or puncheur, but no limits in that. We prefer a rider that has his best stat around 71-75.
It's important that the secondary stats(END, FL, ACC) are okay as well
