He can't have <55 stats, and - I'm too lazy to do the math, but - his stats still seem to be way high.

I'd also suggest a higher flat rating, since otherwise he will be dropped 50km into the race on flat terrain...

you need to allocate 5 points to cobbles and like Jesleyh said above cannot have stats above 80
