He seems like a massive doper actually looking at those legit results.
Winning a race by 13 minutes when you have the attacking instinct of a spoon is really something.

Your second rider can be max 20, or you need an 18 year old one as well.
I'm also going to take a look at people neglecting their third rider, there's no point having the rule if people use an inactive 18 year old.
I'll try to approve riders later this week, quite busy lately.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Plus add to that the obligatory 5 minutes he loses in every time trial & prologue that lasts longer than a handful of meters...

I looked to the results of the stages of Vuelta a Colombia 2010.I looked to 2010 because there was not the other seasons routes from 2010 and there was lots of mountain stages in 2010 so it was not a surprise that he gets a so big gap.
And he is another doper produced by The Schleck Fan Sports Management

Name:Nikola Langov
Age:23
Nationality:Bulgaria
Rider type:Climber/Stage racer
Short Bio:What can be said about cycling and Nikola. It was a love at first sight just as he was 5 he knew he would be a cyclist one day. He hasn't missed a Grand Tour on the TV since he would remember. Despite not being a pocket climber with his 1.85m height he is light enough(67 kilos!) and just loves when the road rises...BUT he is a real daredevil and is one of the most fearless descenders among human kind.

As said on the previous page, people neglecting their 18 year old, will be punished somehow. Someone pointed out that the rule about the ages is useless if you just kill off/neglect the crappy one, and I have to agree with that.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.
