Rider application
Each player can have up to 3 riders, but there are restrictions. All young riders have to be aged between 18 and 23. However, if you choose to select 3 riders, one has to be 18 and one has to be max 21. If you choose 2 riders, one has to be max 20. You can choose any age when you only pick one rider. Older riders have better starting stats, but will advance slower than younger riders.
All stats start at 55. Depending on your rider’s age, you will get more points. Each stat up to 70 can be used one a 1:1 ratio. For going from 70 to 71 and onwards, you’ll need to spend 2 points to increase a stat by one. To go from 75 tot 76 and up, it will be a 4:1 ratio. To avoid people ignoring stats, you cannot have more then 2 stats below 60. You also cannot have stats above 80.
For 18 year olds, you will have 130 points to add to your base stats of 55, add 15 points for each age, so a 23 year old will have 205 points to add.
There is a minimum RES value of 65. You can get it higher, but be aware it only works in PCM11 and PCM12

I will post a list of approved riders here. The approved riders can be contacted and signed with mutual agreement. At the start, all contracts will be for 1 year. A world World Tour team can sign up to 2 riders, a Continental Tour team up to 6.

Nope, if you have several riders, one of two of them have to be a bit younger mandatory. If you choose 3 riders, one has to be 18 and one has to be max 21, the 3rd one can be any age. If you choose 2 riders, one has to be max 20, the second one can be any age. You can choose any age when you only pick one rider.

Why did u move it!
my riders
Just wanted to get my riders in early because I don't have much time and I have missed things too many times before. Also I don't really understand the rules so tell me if I've made any mistakes, especially with the last guy, I did hill and endurance last so not sure if it really works, because he is just too OP, even for me!
Firmansyah Sinaga

Indonesia
Climber
Firmansyah grew up in Britain, but both his parents are from Jakarta so he has always considered himself an Indonesian, he was part of a small amateur team and came from the North of England, near Newcastle and was a firm friend of Walter Susilo, (shameless self advertisement) and was one of the people who persuaded him to take up cycling, now he hoped to follow in his friends footsteps and become the second Indonesian cyclist.

Pietor is an evil genius from the HIVE books, (shameless other people promotion) but if you thought he was older, and dead... You were wrong... Now he decided to take up cycling, a good escape from Russian assassins I guess and now he has a fantastic turn of pace.

Delfi is a Costa Rican, he has ruden his bike since he was very young and did it hours a day, often neglecting his studies to go riding, well he may not be the sharpest tool on the box but he is a world class puncher, even at such a young age. The hills of Costa Rica have perfectly prepared him for the Ardennes classics in Spring, that is where he'll hope to shine.

Snow joke, and he's signed, so you can't have him.
I actually stole him from my rabo save (he just did the Ardennes triple) and thought, hay I could make him in this, same age and stats, but bit more endurance, I just saw he had plenty of stat points left and chucked them all on stamina...
