And great seeing that Gesink rejoined the favourites.
And as always, Ecvans' complaining. He only has himself to blame.

Actually, I understand why he complains, because he was clearly blocked by Gesink.

Gesink almost made him crash twice on the sprint. He has every reason to complain.

Sánchez lost a minute on the others. That's what happens when you crash: it's always worse the day after the crash than it is on the day itself.

I'd be upset too. Gesink's sprint was awful.

What the fuck p3druh?
Gesink was on the inside, he didn't change his line or anything. Evans only has himself to blame. He was trying to go in a gap that WAS NOT THERE.
Evans own fault...period.

Besides, Evans had to pay back his bill after wheelsucking on Ventoux 2008.

Big @ Evans for trying to pass Gesink on the (obvious) wrong side. A cyclist in the lead will always take the shortest way to the next corner!
Sorry, but I just don't like Evans too much
Other then that, great stuff again by Gesink for rejoining multiple times. I think he's just been riding his own pace, which is his best option. Good to see him in third now.

It's not his type of climb and he's feeling the effects of a crash. He'll be back
Anyway, next friday, saturday and sunday will be the three brutal mountain stages that will decide this.
Especially Sunday with the Sierra de la Pandera. It's the only climb I know that guarantees the complete shattering of a group of climbers.
