Valverde 20 @ seconds
The first check doesn't say much at all, but....that's awful

Basso losing a lot of time, probably due to awful bike handling. Nothing new there.

Take the danish goggles off. Or go look at his previous TT results

I get the strong feeling Evans and the others after him are losing more time due to worse weather at the start
EDIT: I can hear the wind, which I couldn't before

If Millar should win, this wouldn't be his first TT win since his suspension right? I remember him winning a time trial in Paris-Nice the season he returned. Or am I way off?

He won a Vuelta stage the year before the Paris-Nice win. His suspension ended mid-2006.

You're right, he won the Paris-Nice prologue the year after he returned

Big story on GC is Sanchez. Completely made up for the 18sec split he missed out on before, within a scant few seconds of Evans/Valverde once again. Danielson is also positioned pretty well.
Mosquera, on the other hand, is basically two minutes back of all the other contenders already, meaning that we should hopefully have some fun mountain stages coming up.

Terrible TT by Basso, a really good one by Sanchez and an absolutely brilliant one by Cancellara. That's pretty much it.
