Rabo wielersite as well... I fear the worst. Seeing as how 2009 so far has been in relation with Dutch riders and falls.

I don't like Valverde and don't think he should be competing, but to be fair he has had his share of bad luck and crashes before

How unlucky me! I watched a little bit of today's stage, then I thought it would be another Columbia thing, so I rather went out to do some other stuff, and it ended to be an exciting finishing.

Damn... If there was any hope left of Robert gaining half a minute on Valverde in the remaining stages, there is none of that left now... Now it's just a matter of finishing...
At least the latest news says he will start tomorrow - albeit with medication to prevent any infections. (+ painkillers)

Tommy D has withdraw to focus on the worlds, can some one explain to me why that would make sense.

Obviously taking an anonymous spot or two higher at Worlds is worth giving up a top-10 in a Grand Tour. Because, you know, the latter wouldn't be one of Danielson's best results in forever.
There has to be something else to this. The "World Championships" reasoning makes NO SENSE, even if he's supposed to "lead" the team.
