Hesjedal Good stage win, shame they waited on the last 2-3km where the climb got a little easier, but good attack from Gesink, made that stage finish quite exciting.
A strong attack too.

Stupid TV signal! It got damaged 30 seconds before the finish and it returned like 5 seconds after the end!

Gesink is either the strongest or he'll pay for that big time the next few days.
Being a raging Basso fan, it was good to see him remain calm. Not reacting means the podium means very little to him (or he was at the limit).

Too bad it's still no jackpot for Gesink. He's pretty much the only GC candidate that keeps attacking. At least he takes back some more second.
And for Valverde and Evans not seeing a threat in him, I really hope he takes the jersey at some point; even if it's just for a day.

It would be a major mistake to not take him seriously.

Okay, time to admit that Gesinks kicks asses in this Vuelta, or the others are just lazy.

Gesink show us today that he was strong. In the future, he will surely make good result on tdf.
