What a horrible production, first they completely miss Mouris, and now they completely missed Farrar, who overtook Mouris and is second, 3 seconds behind Boonen.

Not at all. For example he won the Vuelta a AndalucÃa in february.
Also, he's a much better TTer than Mosquera.
