Finally got back from vacations and get to watch my first stage of Volta this year.
Glad to see that our Tour is being dominated by our own men and that Ribeiro is on yellow but what about Cabreira's chances in the overall?? I believe he is somehow simlar to Ribeiro regarding TT skills so he shhould be considered as dangerous as the Liberty man

Why is that strange? Sinkewitz was a decent climber before his suspension, albeit more of the ardennes type like Cunego.
But anyway, who isn't beating Cunego in mountain stages these days?
Kenny Van Hummel So only one of the worst climbers in the Tour (the ones who quit before him like Napolitano are even worse) is worse than Cunego?
What can i say he's a talented boy xD
He's so poor at climbing he can't even out climb a little girl on a barbie bike with stabilisers aswell.....
But he can still beat Thomas Doper...Sorry Dekker.

Why the need to involve Dekker in this? Do you have nothing usefull to say?
Or is your only way of argumenting to make things personal?
Quite laughable.

Elijzen so close to his first win since the ENECO Tour prologue in 2006, and then he gets beaten by a doper.
this sickens me.

What can i say i'm a funny guy...... I'm not making fun of him, I'm just questoning his long-climb abilities recently (they are even for Cunego abnormally bad)
If you take that personal, than that's your problem. I'm no longer Dekker fan anyway, so I don't see how that would offend me either. So a fail on both accounts for you sir.

Alright i apologise ruben, lets just say iget sick and tired of people questioning his abilities and making out to be a terrible rider when he clearly isn't

Not only that. He was 10" faster than no.2 and 21" faster than no.3 on a 8.8 km TT. Not that the competition was very good but still...

Anywho Vino's baaaaccckkk :S I think Cunego is among the top riders for hilly classics and he is a very good rider in middle mountains.
But as classification rider, certainly in a race with high mountains, I rate him very low at the moment. Which is what I meant with 'who isn't climbing better than Cunego nowadays'

The nr 2, Michiel Elijzen, specialist on short time trials, but usually just outside top 10 on Pro Tour level prologues/short tt's.
So, hmm, Vinokourov is not THAT good.

Saw some short clip of Vino's tt on some french channel, and he was really rolling. He had exactly the same style as in 07.
Of course he has lost some condition, but i would say he's in almost too good shape already after two years.
