@sutty68: Thanks, consistency is a good word to describe the action in Colorado so far by Travis. I still want better though.
@lluuiiggii: Podium? That will be difficult, but not impossible. And if I would have announced the end earlier we would probably have a Mountain version of Man-Game Theo Bos.
@All: Happy 100 pages!

Was hoping that you wouldn't make it this far because I know you wanted the satisfaction of having it get there

This is it. My final two stages of the season. I could cap off a great year
by gaining a few seconds to move from my 6th overall and into the top 5.
--- *** --- *** --- *** ---
With a flat stage to finish the tour, this is really my only chance to make a move.
A lonely solo breakaway leads us to the only sprint point on route.
As we start the climb a few poorly placed GC climbers attack.
Fox and Target - AT&T increase the tempo.
The only late attacker that survives all the way to the top is Koen De Kort.
The man that is riding without his team. What a win this could be.
It's not meant to be though, as the peloton makes the catch.
Setting up my attack! This is my chance to shine one last time.
Yeah... They weren't going to let me go. The sprint opens up during my attack.
Fabio Felline over Sebastian Salas and José JoaquÃn Rojas.
Bakelants in yellow fades to take 4th.
Talk about fading, I slip all the way back to 14th.
The mountains and hills here in Colorado couldn't decide anything.
Reminds me a lot of a cycling game I played as kid, I think it was called "PCM12."

Barring a miracle it looks like I'm finishing 6th overall.
Another normal stage with the morning breakaway taking us to the sprint point.
They are in view as the sprint trains start to form.
5kms to go and Rockmore is leading me out. I could use the bonus seconds.
The breakaway is caught with 2,500 meters to go.
I'm struggling to keep up with sprinters, looks like no bonus seconds.
Too make matters worse a Frenchmen, Geoffrey Soupe, storms to the lead!
The worst possible scenario to finish my season...
The French get the last laugh here in Colorado.
The crowd starts rioting in the streets.

No time to award points, I just have to get out of here before I get hurt.
The spectators are out of control, there is no other way to put it.
Security is struggling to keep them out of the team bus area...
Spoiler
The next thing I remember is a beer bottle flying through the air right at head.
It just missed.
I got on the team bus and went back to California.

Well, the race went downhill , I like the gif too
baseballlover312, 06-03-14 : "Nuke Moscow...Don't worry Russia, we've got plenty of love to go around your cities"
Sarah Palin, 08-03-14 (CPAC, on Russian aggression) : "The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke"
Big thanks to jdog for making this AMAZING userbar!

@547984: I see what you did there. I wasn't sure to use the .gif at first or not, but the more I see it the more I like it. It fits nicely.
@sutty68: Can't win them all.
@welker3257: Well, there are only 3 episodes left so... something has to happen pretty soon. Otherwise it would be a rather lame ending.
@maxime86: That's what I was going for.
@Jakstar22: 2017: When the world goes crazy.
@SSJ2Luigi: Get the pitchforks! Just make sure to put them away before the last episode of the story. I don't need any "friendly fire."
@Jesleyh: I thought I would throw in an anti-climax before things get a little bit crazy in the last three episodes. And yes I don't know how the AI bug in PCM12 ended in that stage race. Awful tour to finish on.

Only 3 left. S16E11 on Thursday, S16E12 on Saturday, and S16E13 The Finale on Sunday.

@Ian Butler: Madness may or may not be coming.
@Dippofix: Indeed just in time, I hope you enjoyed the journey.
@547984: LMAO! I usually don't mix my writing outlets but now I have to include a goose somewhere just for you. (...Inside Joke)
