Same riders in our train but it seems that they will work for Maaskant who is behind Eisel


Ignatiev is doing a great job there leading us and the whole pack


But Eisel doesn't seem to be in his mood as a lead-out man. Now he and Maaskant are behind


Petacchi is leading in the last corner. O'Grady is after him


Maaskant is coming really fast now in the last metres, but O'Grady is still there and he won't probably be able to take the orange jersey at the end


Petacchi wins! O'Grady is second and he keeps the orange jersey winning the final overall rankings. Maaskant was third which means that he fisnihed second overall, in his first race with Team Columbia

With 7km to go the pack is really split by the wind. Cornu, Cavendish, Boom, Hagen and Wiggins are in the first group while Martin, Zabriskie and Phinney are left behind


It seems that Cavendish is going to be lead-out today by Wiggins and Hagen


But he sudenly loses Hagen's wheel and is left behind


Too bad that that happened as Wiggins and Hagen are now leading the pack


Acceleration by Passeron and nobody can keep it up with him


Cavendish is really fast in the last metre but it's too late


Passeron takes the stage win. He is also the new overall leader

I see no reason to start a new story as this one is going pretty well I would say and I also want to see how much Boom, Meersman, Ciolek, Hagen or Phinney can progress. That's why I think now it's more fun that at the begining as now the young guns are able to fight with some fo the best

the progresion isn't very fast for any rider. And 72 TT at 19 years old is pretty good.
