The day's breakaway...


On Alto de Jaizkibel a group of 18 rider was in front. Some of the escapes, Kirchen and Valverde were there.


Popovych wasn't there, so Silence chased the group on the donwhill and caught it


The first attack on Alto de Gurutze was made by Valverde. Rebenllin was right after him


Then Kirchen made his move


2 important groups were made. First with Rebellin and Valverde


Second with the Luxembourg duo Frank Schleck and Kirchen


Valverde looks favourite agains Rebellin, he is the better sprintet...


No problems for Valverde winning today!


Kirchen couldn't defend his title but a podium is good too.

Yes, our new and last sign for the 2010 season is Dominique Cornu. He is a great for time-trials but in the future he has a promise that he will be the best. Except time-trial his stats aren't great, but the time-trial ability is just awsome.


So with him, Boom, Martin, Ignatiev and Phinney our feature in TT is a lot more than promising. Still our young boys will have a lot to learn from Wiggins, Zabriskie, Grabsch, Hansen or Rogers. Probably his main goal for the next season will be the National title in the Belgian Championships in June, of course we are taliking about the time-trial one.

Man am i the only one that thinks that the Belgian national team jerseys look WAY better than the Belgian National Champion jersey? I think they should adopt the Light blue along with the black, yellow, and red.

Good signings!! Will be a great TT squad. Now only if there was a long TTT in the Tour!

I think he will become even better on hill and mountain, not just TT.

That cyclist can also win races like Tirerno or Paris-Nice i think......good job!!!!

The breakaway.


On the last hill Hunter, Murro and Papstein attacked and got away


But before the sprint started the pack caught them


Still because of the wind the sprint isn't well organized at the back and Murro is still in front


Boom tries to go after him


But he lost Ciolek somewhere on the road


And Murro wins in front of Boom.

Cornu, our last new sign for 2010, was one of the first riders to came with a good time


This could have been Grabsch's day. He beat Cornu but not a great time after all


Then Hoste came, Conur's team-mate at Silence Lotto, and took the lead from us


But not for long as the German Champion, Lang, is here too


Good performance today for Boom. Too bad he lost time in the first day


Zabriskie really seem in the mood to win today. Just like last year, when he was riding for Garmin though


Dekker is the only one close to Zabriskie's time but not enough to beat the USA TT Chamapion


Poor time today for Ignatiev. Not in top 10


Schumacher didn't shine either but he finally managed to end 5th.

This guy is really amazing. 2 stage wins and now in the breakaway. Someone should bann him as I think that Barbosa is doped.


Dekker made an attack on the final hills and got away


Voigt, Schumacher and Gasparotto are after him


Boom, Zabriskie and Ignatiev tried to stay together and help each other


The chasing group caught Dekker and this is going to be a really close finish


Gasparotto wins the sprint with Dekker second


Our men stayed together but Zabriskie came too late and lost the yellow jersey and the final win here in Denmark.
