I think that he has 83 in the plus package. I use the first RNDB that appeared just after the game was released

Ronde van Vlaanderen
The breakaway.
With 40km to go a favourites group was made by Arvesen, Devolder, Van Avermaet, Vansummeren, Hincapie, Flecha, Breschel, Bettini and Meersman, who was in the breakaway
On Bosberg Vansummeren and Devolder are in front
Bettini is after them
After the Italian champion is the Spanish one, Juan Antonio Flecha
And then a 'massive' group lead by Breschel and Hincapie
But they all got togheter on the downhill. So in front are Van Avermaet, Devolder, Bettini, Flecha, Hincapie, Vansummeren and Breschel
O'Grady is close too and he is about to catch the front group
Less than 1km to go. No moves, Hincapie is preparing to do one
But then a fantastic acceleration by O'Grady and Vansummeren
And it's going to be between those 2, O'Grady being a better sprinter is the favourite
And we have a surprising winner. Johan Vansummeren wins Ronde Van Vlaanderen!
Hincapie was out-sprinted by Bettini and got only the fourth spot.
Results
1. Johan Vansummeren Silence - Lotto 6h51'18
2. Stuart O'Grady Quick·Step s.t.
3. Paolo Bettini Team Milram s.t.
4. George Hincapie Team Columbia s.t.
5. Greg Van Avermaet Silence - Lotto s.t.
6. Juan Antonio Flecha Rabobank s.t.
7. Matti Breschel Team CSC - Saxo Bank s.t.
8. Stijn Devolder Quick·Step s.t.
9. Tom Boonen Quick·Step + 46
10. Kurt-Asle Arvesen Rabobank s.t.

The tall van summeren. Yeah, thatw as a great surprise tohugh he is a great domestique. It´s not usual Bettini can place himself so high in Vlaanderen. Very good with the fourth place.
only you and bettini didn´t have any teamm8s in the top 10, so maybe you should set your money in trying to offer a good contract to a decent cobbled rider. I´d reckon a one with a good sprint too, like breschel or van avermaet.
and where the hell was Tom Boonen? Maybe he found some cocain in a ditch, like Hincapie did in the real Paris Roubaix in 2002
If Hincapie mess it up in the ghent W or Roubaix, blame it on the jersey.
Remember the Curse of the Rainbow! Look what happened to vainsteins, astarloa and bettini

cause I can't have more than 30 riders in my team I can transfer 5 more riders. And the list is:
- Contador (he doesn't want to renew his contract with Astana)
- Cancellara/Ballan/Flecha/Devolder/Boonen
- Breschel
- Visconti
- Vansummmeren

Vuelta al Pais Vasco Stage 1
The breakaway.
A lot of attacks on the last hill...
Our leader, this year, Kim Kirchen is there too.
And he is first on the flat portion that ends the stage
Popovych, Luis Leon Sanchez and Oscar Sevilla are in the first chasing group
One kilometre more and the opponents are one corner behind Kirchen
No problems for him to get the stage win as he even got some time gap
Stage - Overall
1. Kim Kirchen Team Columbia 3h27'47
2. Óscar Sevilla Astana Cycling Team + 12
3. Yaroslav Popovych Silence - Lotto s.t.
4. Luis León Sánchez AG2R La Mondiale s.t.
5. Samuel Sánchez Euskaltel - Euskadi s.t.
6. Stefan Schumacher Gerolsteiner s.t.
7. Peter Velits Team Milram s.t.
8. Óscar Pereiro Caisse d'Epargne + 55
9. Anthony Charteau Caisse d'Epargne s.t.
10. Robert Gesink Rabobank s.t.
Points
1. Kim Kirchen Team Columbia 25
2. Óscar Sevilla Astana Cycling Team 20
3. Yaroslav Popovych Silence - Lotto 16
Mountain
1. Aitor Pérez Arrieta Extremadura - Ciclismo Soldario 19
2. Cristiano Salerno LPR Brakes - Ballan 17
3. Evgeni Sokolov Bouygues Télécom 12

great!
now for the transfers. I wouldn´t reckon to get boonen. Too mch concurrence in the sprint.
Visconti has a great developing in the hilly classics. He is a good domestique de lux for Kirchen in hilly races, if not even a captain.
Breschel. Great sprint and great classics rider.
I would consider Devolder, he´s a good GC rider (at least in my DB) and very good on the cobbles. If you get breschel or boonen, you will have too many sprinters.
I do think that Hincapie is on his way down in your DB and career, so why not try with Ballan or Cancellara? I would try them if I were you.
so, my tip is for Ballan or Cancellara and make them the captains

yes, but he may drop down next season, 2010, so you should look over which riders who ends their contract in 2010. Gilbert is a very strong option, though he might even challenge kirchen for the ardennes.

Or go for a young cobble talent? A guy you can have in several years?

Just to clear things Hincapie will not renew his contract with Columbia for 2010 so I need a new cobble leader. Anyway as Halvor said a young one will be good like Breschle, Van Avermaet or Langeveld but the most talented I think it's Langeveld.

Vuelta al Pais Vasco Stage 2
The breakaway.
Cause of the wind there a unussual sprint was predicted for today. No good sprinters were in front, but Kirchen got a position there and he decided to have a go for today's stage
The sprint starts with 2 climbers in front Mollema and Caucchioli
An acceleration by Kirchen and he is in front
Crazier than that is the fact that only Dekker can get his wheel
And it's 2 from 2 for Kirchen. Just incredible!

1. Kim Kirchen Team Columbia 3h55'59
2. Thomas Dekker Rabobank s.t.
