Most teams have more than one DS dont they?

Yes, but when i say DS i mean the leading DS. No way is Sunderland only a second hand DS nowadays he could lead any team if he wanted. He is really experienced.

Garmin will have a team documentary, preview at team presentation in november. I'm sure it will be better than CSC Overcoming 
From Velonews:
We’ll be showing a 10-minute preview of a film that will be premiering at the Sundance Film Festival, it’s a year-long documentary on our team. I am looking forward to the preview, I think it’s going to be pretty darn cool.

Wait....Sestriére, not Sestriere. So, the french side of the climb? that would mean a big detour around some usual Tour climbs. That only ever happens every 4 or 5 years in the Giro.

you're right, I had the names of those climbs somewhere.... gimme a minute

Colle della Maddalena (1996 m), Col de Vars (2108 m), Col d’Izoard (2360 m), Col de Montgènevre (1854 m) and of course Sestrière (2033 m)

With Contador now saying that he won't defend his Giro title, and Armstrong saying that he'll go there for the first time, it's just another indication that Armstrong won't show up at the Tour -- I think.

This is the kind of thing that isn't really news and that doesn't really fit anywhere.
Why do I mention this? Because for ages I thought we needed a sort of general purpose thread. Once in a while I have a random thought/whatever that I never post because I can't really think where it should go.
Maybe it's just me
