CLASICA SAN SEBASTIAN
Gert Joeaar (first in line) was in the break that went away right from the start
The break wasn't allowed to grow so was soon caught and the first serious break soon developed and it contained Mattia Pozzo
Feeling strong he decides to go it alone
He leads by 20s with 5km to go
Attacks from behind come thick and fast as he tires
He eventually finishes in eighth position after such a brave effort
Result

Great victory for Cav in Melaka, always nice to see a fellow British Isles team do well. Also Cimolai adding more very valuable points - best race of the season for you so far?
