How to change the status of the cyclist who is retiring at the end of the season, so you can try to hire him for the team?

Hi everybody,

I'm still playing PCM 09 and I try to make some db changes for myself.
I have a question about STA_country table : I've succeed in adding countries toying with STA_TGA and STA_localized_string. There is a column in STA_country I don't know what it is : gene_i_group.
In the db I use as a base for mine (pack 1991), some countries have 0 and others have 1 to 7.
Could someone explain me please ?

I have another question about PCM 09.
Long time ago, Ruben made YoungRiderCarac XML files (like Kentaurus made for PCM 12 and 13) for PPDB forum, but the link is dead. Have someone still got these files somewhere ?
