Is Micheal Rasmussen coming back to racing. His 2 year ban is over now isn't it.

The UCI are set to axe the Individual Pursuit at the olympics as well as Scratch, Madision and Points (i think they're all olympic events!).
Instead there will be: Sprint, Team Sprint, Keirin, Omnium and Team Pursuit for both sexes.
This comes from IOC gender to promote equality (and yet they won't add more events to cycling whilst they are for other sports)

Not forgetting removing all endurance track events (other than Team Pursuit). The olympics are now very Sprinter-biased.

When will somebody finally fire Pat to get rid of his 'good ideas'...
If doping isnt ruining the sport, the UCI is very much trying to takeover that role...

Properbly because the sprint events suits the casual audience better.

One thing is sure : Sicard is better in cycling than in singing.

[edit] I know Sicard's secret... He's Armstrong's son...

Sure, India sounds nice. Except their hellish roads and a lot of accidents. The most problematic bit would be to get from the hotel to start line alive.

Buoygues and Cofidis won't have their PT licenses renewed.
Milram and Lampre will.
