The 2013 Tour de France MAY start in Corsica, it's a rumor being thrown around as 2013 is the 100th edition of the Tour, oh and Corsica is the only french department NOT to ever hold a stage of the tour.

WTF has there been a TdF stage in Martinique, Guadeloupe, RĂ©union, French-Guayana? When was this?
On the other hand corsica could provide some interesting stages. And its pretty sad that the TdF has never been there before.

Yeah right, Guerra cracking in every moutain stage is really hammering Cunego...
And the positives were before the Volta. The Volta tests are still to be announced.

They are DOM's. (Departments D'Outre Mer), so overseas departments.
There obviously are difficulties in taking the tour to Corsica, it should also be said that it's rumored that the authorities in charge are wanting a TT up Ventoux in 2013 too. It being the 100th Tour they really want to pull out all the stops.
(The ASO is going to Corsica to talk about the possiblity in the next few months).

About the Liberty Seguros guys: finally. I'm tired of people yelling at me for years that they're clean just because they're portuguese.
Hopefully this will be the end of people arguing beyond logic that "Ribeiro was wrongfully kicked out of the 2005 Giro"

Liberty Seguros are a shame to cycling. One big doping scandal is bad enough but 2 words cant say how annoyed I am with that team. It's shocking. SHAME ON THEM.

More on the Liberty Seguros thing:
1. The sponsor has withdraw sponsorship of the team, effective immediately
2. I'm amazed that Plaza hasn't been caught

Liberty Seguros are a bad team n bad team for the sport. Something has too be done within the team. I hope they fully get what's coming to them.

Mystery..how they did it twice. This was not the same liberty..that old Liberty turned to Astana..They make a new Liberty..and again. How ? Who is a idiot on this game?
This all situation reminded me team manager..who just kept banging he's hand on car door..to get Ribeiro climb faster..
