Just to further hammer Damsgaard's credibility a bit more, here's his reaction a while ago when Rasmussen had the same blood value variations as Armstrong had this Tour.
Rasmussen did have a blood transfusion during the Tour or followed an EPO cure just before the Tour.
The increase of 3.6% in his hematocrit value and 1,1 gram per deciliter for his hemoglobin value is suspect, physiologically impossible and scientifically impossible to explain in another way than that Rasmussen used doping
Completely different to his "oh that can have many explanations" quote about armstrong.
The difference of course is that Rasmussen doesn't pay his salary.
Damsgaard's transformation has been quite incredible. Definitely shows what money can do to one.

Meanwhile, back at the Tour de l'Avenir, two unnamed riders of the Ukrainian team have been busted in possession of drugs.
That's a prison sentence

It is prison sentence because that happened in French soil or the Ukrainian legislation has something about doping too?

Turns out the riders had taken blood transfusions, but what was originally found was not on the cycling banned list, it was a substance banned in France however is legal in other european countries.
The police quizzed the 2 riders though and they admitted to Blood transfusions, totally difference case now. 2 charges against them.

Since last year, smuggling drugs into France from another country is a criminal offence punishable with up to 5 years in prison. This includes drugs that are only illegal in sports.

Despite the blood transfusions (which are the most powerful form of doping you can take) their best rider finished 32nd. So either they are god awful riders (unlikely) or it says quite a lot about most of the riders ahead of them
However, it's very typical of eastern european youths to dominate and then do nothing as pros due to being doped up to the gills in youth categories.
That's why you must always be extremely careful of eastern european prospects. you can never say they'll definitely be great.
Add to that the fact that riders caught doping keep admitting that almost all drugs are bought from eastern europe where they're easily available and dirt cheap.
Look at how riders like Popovych and Grabovskyy utterly dominated youth categories, winning everything.
Did they turn into Merckx and Coppi? Hardly.

The Vuelta has announced that next year it will start in Sevilla and that the leaders jersey will change colour to red.

I just checked the Wiki article, and apparently, the colour changes quite regularly. Well, not every 5 years but... more often then the Tour's jellow jersey does

I can give you a more accruate reason why.
The ASO took a minority stake in unipublic last year (49%), but they demanded the jersey changes to red, that why each grand tour has a different colour.
Giro - Pink
Tour - Yellow
Vuelta - Red.

They pick red because all the spanish national teams (football, basket...) dress like that
