I cant get the Tdf podium to work i renamed the nif file and that was the only file that was replacing something any help?

Its the updated versions of the london prolouge and the london to canterbury stage 1 all other stages work fine

This is a very big news for 3D creation in the game play!!
the latast version of NIF SKOPE plug-ins for 3dsMAX(maybe for g-max too soon) suport PCM !
It is easy to import & export .nif file, only one click !
It still have a shading bug. but for me, on example.
import cow.nif to MAX and add some remodeling, then export.
add the data to some stage with StageEditor and play 3dgame in PCM3.
believe or not, it's only 5 minutes to realize !
I think the shading bug will be fixed soon !
so you don't have to ask and wait me to make 3d stuff, many user can make easily in soon!
It will be a big revolution for PCM.
EDIT:
I found the solution for a shading bug !
so, this is the time you make 3d stuffs (maybe an Isolated building only now). NIF SKOPE is great !

It is a another good news that g-max is supported by new plug-ins too!
I made a screen caputured movie.
you can see all of the procedure how to re-model cow.nif for PCM3 with g-max.(for 3dsMAX it's a same procedure)
of course, it's including how to fix the shading bug(black-colored) of NIF plug-ins (it's a kind of trick, save,open and save again).
There is no secret of NIF settings in this movie !
so, just watch this movie. maybe it is enough to learn.
(sorry, there are some japanese charactors included)
again, NIF SKOPE is great !!

You always react on the word of "cow". you might be a cow as your previous existence.
Yesterday, I said NIF plug-ins for 3dsMAX and g-max has a shading bug.
I'm sorry that for PCM2 there is no bug !
(*Isolated buildings only, other stuffs: not tested)
meaning just Export and check the data with NIF SKOPE then play.
Very simple !!
you need only one setting on EXPORT option pannel.
I add a test image (Champion sign boad) for PCM2 and data here.
