I am really retarded with my computer so can you please tell me what to do to play this great looking database with the last updates?
( I even managed to fail running the expansion pack so its gonna be hard )

You have to download the 9 parts, install them by running everyone of the 9 .exe files. When you've finished, you'll have to install Update 1.b and 1.c by extracting them in the appropriate folders.

Do i find the 9 parts and updates all together at one place or do i have to research them in this thread?

But then I have a question....
In the table STA_UCI_class 25 different classes are set-up. Among them the 3 big ones Tour,Giro,Vuelta and then others. All classes have rules covering max teams, min-max riders.
For the three GT it´s 22, 9-9

All OK so far.

Now my concern...

The other table STA_race_rules (which has 76 rules as a max) have alterations of these main rules.
So WHY do you have the same rule once more for the 3 major stage races ?

These 76 special deviations to the main rules are important and wasting them by using doubles on these races are strange.
I´m sure you noticed it and have a reason, BUT I do believe it might have slipped since those are added and not in the original DB.
Perhaps you should carefully look this over for the next fix.

Then too the national races you have pumped up the max riders to 9 in the more known STA_race_rule table. You perhaps can omit this, since all nationals are restricted in the STA_UCI_class.
One could max that to 9 riders and I do believe the danger in finding a nation that can muster up 26 teams ALL with 9 riders is slim.
The max being 26 teams, BUT max 200 riders. Hence if you like 9 riders you must decrease the teams. You figure it out.

I am not sure, but I think you will have to download the 9 parts anyway in order to play correctly with the v2.

You can follow the developing in more detail of thr V2 on pcmfrance.
You cannot pretend that the people working on this update the status each day, it is a tough job
Anyway, the release is expected between October and November.

V2 will be for November, if I finish it. On pcmfrance you can find a teamlist

A torrent with all parts + V1.D will be coming very soon.

If a hurry up you could add ALL the stage races new classification files. That´s for many 2.1 and upward.
Tired work reading roadbooks , regulations and websites to get all the races a correct setup on sprints and KoMs.

Testing is going on and it looks good. A wast improvement on the very very standard setups Cyanides have included.

i cant get past the date 27/6.

There are no visible races in the calender, yet it crashes while simulating a stage called
viana do castelo or viano do castelo. Usually i´d find the stage, delete it and replace it with another workable stage, but is there arent any races, i dont know what to do.

Perhaps some of you guys could help out?

Sounds like one of the national championship races, go back some pages as it's been discussed previously.
