"When asked for a comment on Fenn's performance, Cavendish replied 'Pfff. Shit races' "
Meanwhile, that amazing sprinter Rojas again finishes nowhere near the front against a pitifully weak field of sprinters.
Seriously, how can anyone think Rojas is a great sprinter?

He fought for the green jersey -> the green jersey is the sprinters jersey -> he's a great sprinter.
Simple, albeit flawed, logic.

Good to see some younger sprinters there. Kruopis, Degenkolb and Selig all in top 7 I think.
Edit:
1 Mark Cavendish (GBr) Sky Procycling | 2 Tom Boonen (Bel) Omega Pharma-Quick Step | 3 Aidis Kruopis (Ltu) GreenEdge Cycling Team | 4 Mark Renshaw (Aus) Rabobank | 5 John Degenkolb (GER) Project 1t4i | 6 Tyler Farrar (USA) Garmin-Barracuda | 7 Rüdiger Selig (GER) Katusha | 8 David Boucher (Fra) FDJ-BigMat | 9 Robert Wagner (GER) RadioShack-Nissan | 10 Aliaksandr Kuchynski (Blr) Katusha |

1. Lars Petter Nordhaug (Sky) 3:55:27 | 2. Rui Costa (Movistar) a 26 | 3. Sergio Luis Henao (Sky) a 28 | 4. Jakob Fulsang (RadioShack) a 35 | 5. Tiago Machado (RadioShack) a 45 | 6. Salvatore Puccio (Sky) a 57 | 7. Xavier Florencio (Katusha) m.t. | 8. Jeremie Galland (Saur Sojasun) m.t. | 9. Greg Van Avermaet (BMC) m.t. | 10. Gerald Ciolek (Omega Pharma-Quick Step) m.t. |
What I like the most here is seeing Ciolek becoming stronger and stronger on the hills. I hope he wins some stages this year when other sprinters are no longer in the group. Then his missing ability to win a pure sprint is no longer important.

Hell yeah ! Nordhaug is a rider to watch this year. The team was telling in certain interview's he's one of the stronger on the team. He's done highest VO2 max on the team and now Julich is coaching his personally. Julich was responsible for Froome after Tour
To pint out ,he created that gap within 2km
Great to see Puccio up there too

Great result from Nordhaug. Hopefully this will be the season where he gets his "real" breakthrough.
@Alakagom: Do you have any place where I can read about Nordhaug's VO2 max? As far as I know, his best test result is almost at the same level as EBH's best test, a bit below actually. But I might have missed something from the last months (late December/January).

I will try to find it. One of the Norwegians who knows Nordhaug personally wrote on different forums he had a VO2 of 92 in the training camp in Mallorca. I will try to find that for you, but I don't know there is anything except that. Possibly on Sky's website I may find out something more.

You do realise he also had Henao behind to keep the others in order. So it's easier to create a gap.
