Signed for Garmin a few years back after doing well in the Worlds TT and then failed a test for DHEA, which was in a supplement he took. Admitted his mistake and has come back this year.

Hmm, I don't think that sort of climb suits him as well as those nice punchy finishes. We'll see.
I expect Gesink to attack, Moreno to hang on, and do a Rodriguez-like sprint in the final km.

Henao is my bet. He looked strong in the opening stages.
Gesink seems to be building up form very nicely for the Vuelta.

Moreno keeps the lead by 11 seconds and wins the race.
Henao broke away with a very promising Chavez and let him win the stage.
GC should be
Moreno
Henao @0:11
Chavez @0:17

Hope Chavez rides the Volta a Portugal. Would be a great challenge for Blanco and Ricardo Mestre.
And Henao also looking pretty good for the Vuelta, though I think he won't be able to keep this form until then... Oh wait.

It's Chaves. Not Chavez.
It's wonderful to see so many good colombians. They're always fond of attacking, which is a good thing for the excitement.
