Nope, I should probably finish that soon
Basicly, the higher on the ranking, the more budget. Better riders will cost more to re-sign.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Better riders meaning as AVG (average)?

Not average, as those formulas are crap. It will be based on stats (excluding fighter and downhill)

So nothing to do with results/nationality/loyalty (you've previously mentioned happieness)?

I thought nationality was to effect amount of progression points after the transfer period

Perhaps happieness was the wrong word. But you did say we'd have to balance big stars wishes in order to keep them, which i translated as happieness

So I do have a question, will Atlantius make the database for next season ? As it's a thing that will have to be done, as soon as the season break starts

Things that need to happen with the database:
1) Change the World Champions
2) Progress round 3
3) Natural progress & decline
4) Turn Drapac PCT, work out promotion and regelation teams, set year to 2014, some other technical stuff I'm probably forgetting
5) Transfer/add EPIC riders
These can really happen at the same time, but especialy 3) and 5) will be some work.
At this point, everyone who can be drafted should be added as well with the stats from the Daily 2014 DB. I imagine Atlantius wouldn't mind some help with that.
This gets us to the start of the transfer period, an excel version of the database should be useful as well at this point.
After the transfer period, it's a few riders changing team again. That should be all I think.

I don't even think it's needed to make Drapac PCT. You can just add them manually through the startlist, where division doesn't really matter, apart from scrolling down a bit further

Good to hear, if you'll need someone with database or excel skills, then I'll be more than happy to assist

Can teams with two stars sell them to another team without renewing?

No, you need to renew first. If a rider is not renewed, he will become a free agent and everyone can pick him up.

If its a deal between teams, then you shouldn't even have one worked out yet as the transfer time didn't start. Or am I the only one who thought we should wait with negotiations?
