Well. What about doing it like the MG does it?
For the smaller countries, just do 5 countries at a time, and the first finisher per country gets the NC
You'd get decent gameplay then, as long as you do it with several countries and not 2 or 3.
although I know that it is a kinda unusual moment now, I'd like to join in and take over a free continental team, my first pick would be United Healthcare. So its:
Name: Jochen Hahn
Nationality: German
Team: UHC
But I still have some questions regarding this:
How is it about overtaking old race days from the former team manager (will I just have full because I can't find any start list from the team in the old HQ)?
And how does the communication with you, Ollfardh, work usually - through PM or you visiting all the HQs (because I never saw any requests for Wildcards in the HQs)?
I think, that should be it at the moment.
The communication is all by PM.
Not sure about race-days. I think you'll just have a certain amount of racedays, but lower than at the start. (F.e. everyone still has 40 days left )

Nice to see another manager, hopefully you stay active you it will be fun
It is nice to see another manager on the site.
But based on my observations of this website (of well over a year) when someone joins or starts something (like a story) on the first day/ or with less than 50 posts then the chance of them continuing must be below 5% ............

Ok, so for the new guys, steve and silvio. I'll need a big PM with all startlists and racedays. You have 45 racedays for the rest of the season. Include Amstel Gold Race and Trentino and whatever. This is how I want it to look:
Title: Teamname planner or something
Hi Ollfardh my best friend, here are my startlists:
Scheldeprijs:
That Climber
Another Climber
Some Sprinter
Decent Cobbler
Time Trialist
Danny Pate
...
Luxembourg:
That Climber
Another Climber
Some Sprinter
Decent Cobbler
Time Trialist
Danny Pate
[Please put them vertical, so I can easily copy/paste them]
And the race days:
That Climber - 3
Another Climber - 14
Some Sprinter - 15
Decent Cobbler - 9
Time Trialist - 26
Danny Pate - 5
Could you guys finish this over the weekend? PM me if you have questions
I am very sorry to announce that I must quit EPIC. A lot of time which I previously spent on the internet or playing games, I must now spend in the real world
Good luck to all of you for the rest of the season, and hopefully Astana can find a manager with enough time to lead the team to glory
Good luck SilasColdfire then. If you find spare time: EPIC doesn't really require that much time I think.
It's nice to give us a heads-up instead of disappearing without leaving a notice.

At our speed of reporting: Checking in once a month is already enough. Remember that Ollfardh keeps the EPIC thread active for all big races like the Giro or One-Day classics.
All you really need to do anyway is choosing races at the start of each season part. You can manage that on a sunday morning.
Also, I have no idea what will be so time consuming, but each time a new experience hit me, I just needed time to accomodate myself. After one, two weeks you find surprisingly lots of time again.

not in my case, no. It's just a higher amount of work than before.
