First case of Russian cheating i heard today. Canadians accusing the Russians of warming the luge/skeleton/bobsleigh run thing to slow down other teams. It's either the Russians or the heatwave...

We also do it just on the countryside, we just pour water on them and wait for them to freeze. I don't know how that goes for the rest of the country, but it happens quite a lot here in Fryslan
