Name: Julien Taramarcaz
DOB: 12/11/1987
Nationality: Swiss
PCStats: https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider/...Taramarcaz
He's the Swiss National Cyclocross champion, been riding as a trainee for BMC in the Tour of Utah and Colorado. Looks like he's not good in the mountains, but decent in the hills, and probably best on the cobbles. Doesn't look good at TT's or sprints either.

Lars van der Haar
Notable name from cyclocross (back to back U23 world champ and 3rd on the last WCs with the grown-ups in his first year) Hasn't really crossed over into road racing yet, but he has put up some results with the Rabo development team. His best was 5th in the tour of Azerbaidjan.
As a cyclocrosser he is known for his sprint, if he tries the transition to the road he could become a good prologue rider, be a punchy kind of rider and should be able to handle cobbles well. A type like Lars Boom comes to mind, maybe a little less talented. It's hard to say though.

Time for a couple of Norwegians and a Swede then
Oskar Svendsen
10/04/1994
CQ Ranking: https://cqranking....erid=20713
PCS: https://www.procyc...?id=165162
He finally proved himself in Tour de l'Avenir, where he ended 5th overall after some great climbing. He's the youngest rider in the top 5 in Tour de l'Avenir this century, I think.
His capacity is just insane. He proved it when he become world champion for juniors last year in Valkenburg in the TT. Just for fun, and could arguably be seen as a clue of his capacity; his VO2 max was last september 97,5. He was also part of Joker Merida's TTT win in Circuit des Ardennes this year.
He has always struggled with the tactics in cycling, but in l'Avenir, which is the first real "capacity race" he has ever done, he was able to show what a talent he is. Also, his team Joker Merida, barely do any mountain races in their season, and he has also struggled with his form the first half of the season. Though, he said he was back on track in Tour des Fjords 16.-18 august, and it looks like he hit the form just in time for l'Avenir.
He will definitely become an outstanding stage racer, eventhough he's about 190 centimeters high. His capacity is just great, as he proved in the recent Tour de l'Avenir.
Jo Kogstad Ringheim

A good prospect as a sprinter. He has had a season with a lot of troubles, but managed a 9th in Handzame Classic in the spring before he started to struggle with his knee. He just made it back to Arctic Race of Norway, where he managed a couple of top 10s and a 13th overall. He's also decent on the cobbles, but he's terrible in the mountains.
Markus Hoelgaard
04/10/1994
CQ Ranking: https://cqranking....erid=20760
PCS: https://www.procyc...?id=132426
His brother Daniel was added before this season. Markus is quite a lot stronger than him on hills and mountains, but he's much more of a diesel and completely lacks a good finish. This year he has been riding as a team mate in Etixx-Ihned all year, and he's happy and feels he has evolved as a rider and become stronger.
Marcus FÃ¥glum-Karlsson
20/07/1994
CQ Ranking: https://cqranking....erid=21551
PCS: https://www.procyc...m_Karlsson
I must admit I don't have too much knowledge about this guy, but he should be done studying at the Skara high school now, which is the school where Thomas Löfkvist and Emma Johansson have studied. He seems to have struggled quite a bit in the first part of his first senior season, but he looks to be somewhat better now, doing good in Baltic Chain Tour.
He's an aggressive rider who enjoys hills and time trials. As far as I know, he's by quite a bit Sweden's biggest talent of the junior riders this year.

VOICU Andrei 13/06/1993
One of the most talented Romanian youngsters. Finished 3rd in the national championships. He is currently a trainee with Amore & Vita. He could turn out to be a good puncheur with a decent sprint.

Free Agent Diego Milan, ID 5472, should be from the Dominican Republic, only recently switched from being Spanish for this year.
Name Change as pointed out by SN in one of the Tour de Korea stage reports Greogry Hugentobler --> Gregory Hugentober only posting it incase he forgot to note it whilst making the report. ID 1073
Ki Suk Lee is a South Korean who was 4th in the national championships, and won a stage in both the Tour of Thailand and the Tour de Filipinas. Previously he’s come 12th at the Tour de Korea (2010) after podiuming 2 stages and came 34th in last year’s Japan Cup. It looks like he’d probably be classed as a sprinter. 28/09/1988
https://www.cqrank...;current=0
https://www.procyc...Ki-Suk-Lee
Adrien Chenaux 16/08/1991 He finished third in the D’Aosta prologue this year after finishing 24th overall last year and 5th in this year’s Swiss under 23 national road race.
https://www.cqrank...;current=0
https://www.procyc...eason=2013
Temesgen Teklehaimanot 03/01/1991 48th in Route de Sud and 68th in Tour Alsace, standout result being Standout result being 17th on the final stage of the Tour Alsace, only 12 seconds down on the winner, and Herklotz who was third, seems similar, but a weaker version of Daniel.
https://www.cqrank...erid=20920
https://www.procyc...lehaymanot
Claudio Imhof 26/09/1990 was 5th in the Swiss TT championships this year and could be a decent timetrialist for the CT division, he doesn’t have any other results of note though, the only good thing you could say about his climbing ability is that it’s good enough for him to avoid being timed out at Qinghai Lake.
https://www.cqrank...erid=19755
https://www.procyc...eason=2013
Patrick Konrad 13/10/1991 Konrad came 3rd at this year’s Tour de l’Avenir, also being 4th in the points and 5th in the mountains classifications (9th overall last year and 18th in 2011). He finished 2nd on stage 4 and 5th on stages 6&7 this year and 3rd on the final stage of last year’s race. He has a decent TT with good showings in the European U23 (11th this year and 13th last year), 6th in last year’s NC and 3rd in the Course de la Paix Prologue. Apart from that 5th in the GP Südkärnten (ahead of Zoidl), tied for the mountains Jersey at the Paris-Arras Tour and 11th at the Volta ao Alentejo (his highlight being 5th on the final stage) are his best results.
Overall I’d say he’s definitely a Stage Racer.
https://www.cqrank...erid=16058
https://www.procyc...ick_Konrad
Remo Schuler 25/09/1990 Last year he won the Swiss U23 RR by 2 minutes, was 10th at Oberösterreichrundfahrt and 11th at the Heydar Aliyev Anniversary Tour, can’t find anything about this year though.
https://www.procyc...mo-Schuler
https://www.cqrank...erid=17961
Enea Cambianica 21/11/1989 He’s riding as a trainee with Lampre since the 1st of August this year, best results are 29th at Berner Rundfahrt and 7th at last year’s Tour of Guadeloupe.

Just a quick question: I'm not currently a MG-Manager, but could i still suggest new riders? Because i would like to join at the end of the season, and eventhough i know i might well not get in, i could still suggest a few riders anyway, couldn't i?

Okay, here are the first two, more to come tommorrow.
(Oh, and please tell me if the stats are out of order or something)
Name: Ryan Mullen
Nationality: Irish
Pro Cycling Stats: https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider....eason=2013
Birthdate: 7th August 1994
Ryan Mullen is a 19 Year old timetriallist that has, despite his young Age, already had some notable results, like winning the Chrono des Nations in 2012, finishing 2. in the Juniors european TT Championship (beating herklotz by nearly 2 minutes), or a 9. Place in the U23 World TT Championships. I would give him a TT stat in the low 70's and a high potential.
Name: Gianfranco Zilioli
Nationality: Pro Cycling Stats: https://www.procyclingstats.com/rider....eason=2012
Birthdate: 5th March 1990
Zilioli is an italian that turned pro this just this August (as stagiare at androni) and that seems to be a puncheur that can ride mountains too and that has an okay-ish sprint. His best results were wins in the GP Industria & Commercio just a few days ago and the GP Capodarco even before he turned pro. He also finished 11. on the Avenir stage that Barguil won last year. I'd probably give him a hill stat in the high 60's or low 70's, with the mountain a bit lower, and medium potential.

Just dropping some riders from the U23 World TT which I haven't found in the DB. They might well be mentioned already though!
Campbell Flakemore, Australia
4th at the TT, but by many was voted to atleast bronze. Should probably be 78 TT or so in the end.
Victor Campenaerts, Belgium
8th at the TT yesterday.

Just so that you get me right, Ryan Mullen of course won the Juniors Chrono des Nations, not the proper one.
Another interesting rider seems to be Alexis Gougeard, Born on the 5. of march 1993, whose biggest wins were this years Prologue of the Tour de L'Avenir, where he beat the likes of Sütterlin, Yates and Küng. He also won a stage at the GP Rüebliland and finished second at the Juniors Paris-Roubaix, both in 2011. It's hard to judge what sort of a rider he is, but he should probably get highest stats in Prologue, Cobbles and Flat. The few good GC Results that he had, like 3. place Overall at Kreiz Breizh Elites in 2012, were mainly achieved trough good Performances in Prologues and short time Trials.

Yup Gougeard is in, and nothing like what you suggested hehe
He can't cobble at all, isn't very strong in the flats, although decent at TT (Not good at all). He will however be a punchy rider with a nice fighters stat.
He's slow as hell though, and not strong enough to stay away, so I reckon he'll be a pure domestique.
Can't seem to figure whether he should be 77HI and nothing else, or 75TT, 74FL and 72HI though

Nathan Brown - 7/9/1991 - USA
PCS: https://www.procyclingstats.com/mob/ri...?id=140145
Strong American Stage race prospect. Won his national U23 title plus the Tour of Beauce ahead of Deignan and Mancebo. Better on Hills than Mountains, with his TT ability varying. I'd suggest 78/79HIL, 76TT, 76MO when maxed.
Odd Christian Eiking - 28/12/1994 - Norway
PCS: https://www.procyclingstats.com/mob/ri...?id=170313
Pretty handy over the hills and an impressive 16th as the youngest rider in the U23 WC. Pretty average at everything else however.
Brayan Stiven Ramirez Chacon - 20/11/1992 - Colombia
PCS: https://www.procyclingstats.com/mob/ri...?id=165808
Handy TTer with some ability on the hills. 4th in the youth classification at the Vuelta a Colombia suggests more to come. 2nd in last year's Colombian NC also.

Meron Teshome
13/07/1992
PCS
He's the Eritrean who was in the break at the U23 RR. Was the last rider to get caught and even hung onto Gougeard's wheel when he attacked. He has some good results in the Tour of Eritrea. Seems like he'll be a decent punchy rider and might even pack a sprint. Probably somewhere around 75HIL; 70-72 MO; 70/71 SPR and something like 75+FTR after his strong riding today.
I might also add that Kudus was lying 6th in Avenir before the final stage. I heard that he made the mistake of not eating enough early on and bonked badly. He had a really good result today - coming in with the favourites group.

I forgot to mention that Teshome is also Eritrean NC. Beat the likes of Tewelde and Russom.

I may not have a Mongolian team next season, but Mongolians are awesome and if good talents come up I will probably sign them regardless. Or Bjartne will
Munkhtulga Erdenesuren - 14/11/1992
PCS: https://www.procyclingstats.com/mob/ri...?id=172161
Very handy young sprinter who was 11th in a stage of the Tour of China. Not too shabby on the hills either.
Jamsran Ulziibaatar - 15/5/1988
PCS: https://www.procyclingstats.com/mob/ri...27&c=1
Good on the hills and flat but struggles on the longer climbs. Decent in a TT as well.
Maral-Erdene Batmunkh - 15/10/1994
PCS: https://www.procyclingstats.com/mob/ri...02&c=1
First pro race at 16 was the 2011 U23 WC and held his own for a few laps before dropping out. Strong Flat and Hill rider with decent mountain ability.
