What is your problem? Isn't it enough to double post in the correct thread? Do you even have to post in a totally unrelated thread? I have a life also, I am not on this forum 24/7.
To answer your first question:
It is never wrong to read the instructions. You have to define the fitness schedules yourself on the "my team" interface.
To answer your edit:
If it worked the first time, then you must have messed something up. Start again by making a "new plan".
