I'm new at PCM and i'd like to edit my database, but the DYN and STA archives aren't in the folder. What should I do? |

You have to use the advanced editor or hannes.
Then you'll need a savegame, not a simple database, and then you have to put your savegame(can be found in the my docs/pcm09/database/single/your name of the db/and so the db)and import it.
and then you can find the tables

Hopefully you know that Basque is not a country but a region inside of a country.

Many thanks!!
How to calculate the average value? I tried, for example many ways of calculating the Nocentini average, but the result was always different to the one shown by the game. |

It's a rather complex formula, as far as I remember. It's around here on the forum somewhere, though.
What do you need it for? |

Late answer but it might help anyway :
The average is a weighted average, depending on the type rider.
The STA_type_rider tables gives you the coefficient put on the characs.
The average is the best value of Typeriders Ardennaises, Flandriennes, Sprinter, Tour criterium. |
