Hello.
PCMScandinavia has been working on a DB for PCM08 for the last couple of weeks, and today we'll release our work.
Featurelist:
Based on Dankans RealName DB. (Thank you very much, Dankan!)
9 new teams, including shirts, accessories, rider etc.:

Yes. We've changed the Czech Championships into the Norwegian, as there are more Norwegian riders than Czech. (28 > 19 )

24 MB left.
24576 KB / 30 KB/s (I'm uploading it on two servers) = 13 minutes left of upload

It's sounds very good. I don't really care about the new Scandanavian teams, because I'm not Scandanavian. However I may download it just for the extra teams in career mode, I haven't decided yet
