Yeah, we made it in 1 month time, so there is plenty of room for improvement. But we thought we at least released a version which gives the players the feel of 2008.
Also mind you: the stats are from BEFORE the Tour of Flanders, so I know Devolder, Rast, Langeveld, Nuyens etc are underrated 
Apart from that, we have no use for comments like Dekker is too strong or Contador is too strong. Only comments about real errors, like Dani notified me that Pedersen is missing from Team GLS and other stuff

Race programs have gone wrong at some occasions
Age_decline was set at 36, but somehow resetted itself to 32/33 in the last import, which causes riders to drop in stats to quickly

Buglist in 2nd post, yes I know it's big, but most bugs are really easy to fix and are the result of too quick work
One mystery solved... Due to some nice Kicker tricks the STA_race and DYN_cyclist was ruined in the last import...
Which explains a lot of things for me.

Yeah, we're very sorry for that. But there is a fix expected very soon which should at least allow you to play a career.
Hopefully we'll find more about the errors in the startfields, as this is a total mystery for now. |

I get a weird windows error when I try to open the .exe file?, any idea of what the problem is?....I can't delete it either |

Never mind, just f-secure causing problems and complaining about some adware or something in it. Just turned it off while I installed, time to try it |

Only thing i could find was Backstedt is really Bäckstedt....but otherwise nothing.
THis has to be the db so far in pcm were I have agreed the most with statsB)

I'm just glad there's even a 2008 DB which isn't the PPDB. I rather want these med-sized databases. Only problem is that the Man-Game has pretty much screwed up my PCM06-installation, so I only can play the Man-Game with it |

Only now got to see this DB. Won't get into stats or we might get into a fight about Gerrans or such
That I've noticed and that I haven't seen listed above, only 1 thing to report:
Hagen is listed only as "Edvald Boasson". Not sure if it's intentional, so it's here just in case
Other than that, just riders that are/aren't basque, which I don't think really matters. correct me if I'm wrong.
There's not much more I can say, as the game crashes on starting a career, so I'm reduced to looking at the riders through the "select a team" screen.

Nobody had that bug, you are the only one. We did have crashes at Paris Roubaix in career though due to a bug with the new race categories though.
Are you sure you tried it on a clean install of PCM 06 with only Patch 1.0.0.8? |

yup. but I didn't clean the appdata folder, so that's probably the cause. I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
Also, are you interested in small typos like Cañada -> Canada, "THOMAS NOSE" instead of "TOMAŽ NOSE", etc, or should I skip them? They seem irrelevant to me, but you might not see it that way.
also, for Saunier, Javier "MegÃas" (according to the team's website. I always thought it was MejÃas) is listed as "Meijas"
