Help with RSM 1.4 database

Hi all am new to the forum and am hoping someone can be of assistance.

I downloaded the RSM 1.4 database into PCM file. Unfortunately when i try and install it it is in German...once I run through the installation of RSM 1.4 nothing seems to happen...ie there is no new database when I try and load the game.

Any help appreciated.
