I only copied it across from the PCM06: Graphics forum here 
I quite like using the 2nd one and Im not sure if a TT skinsuit has been made.

Just make a 132 x 72 image in Paint with the colour that you want and that use the multiply tool to layer it into the template which will be opened in photoshop/paint.net

i was just wondering if anyone could make me a world TT champ in the france television jersey. I don't have photoshop and those things, plus i wouldn't know  . I would be very greatful. Plus who wouldn't want to see Robert Gesink resplendent in the world champions jersey after his great victory the world time trial championships.
This is the list of jerseys domoman gave us that we could use. As mentioned i chose france televisions

when i attempt to use these jerseys with photshop i get a message saying they will not be imported because they are not a supported file type. Whats wrong?

photoshop cant open that type of file. it has to be .jpg .tga .gif and so on or a photoshop file.
dunno what this is. maybe a color photo paint file... |
