go into the Downloads section on this forum and click on Database Editors, choose which one you want (e.g. the one that CrueTrue recommended is in there) and click on it to download.
as for how do they work, from memory of the Cyanide official DB editor i think you just open it up and it's fairly self-explanitory on how it works, but that's from memory so if anyone else can give you a better explanation then please do.
EDIT: done a bit more research and i remember to have it in english (or whatever language) you need to do something with the .txt file, but i can't remember what

Correct. The file is only in French, and the English translations I have found just made the program crash.
But if you know French you can translate it yourself if you want to. In the directory you have installed the program you will find a file named Francais.txt . Copy it, rename it to English.txt, open it and start translating each line to English  |

Well, eh.. I only speak Danish, English and deutch. BUt when i try to download the file, some kind of error jumps up at the screen. so it dosn't work... |

Never use PCM Edit for savegames, only DB's
And well, there is more functions in the official, so use that

copy and paste it into NOTEPAD
then save it as english.txt, and place it in the folder you installed the editor to,
open up the editor and select english from the drop down menu |

resistance is how long and how often a rider can attack and the fighter stat determines how fast a rider gets tired(the red bar at the bottom), I thinkB)
