fkIDcontract: does it mean how long their contract lasts,
if so do i need to put in 2014 or 1 to say that they have 1 year left.
value_i_nationalism: currently i'm using 2 for every rider,
but what means 1 and what means 3, does 3 means he wants to ride for his country, or he doesn't want to ride for his country.
hidden_i_pro/social/media: currently i am using 2 for every rider,
but what means 1 and what means 3, and also what effect will it have on the game
gene_i_champion_bit: can somebody say to me which codes are for which country for example, which number makes him champion of his country and which number makes him champion of his country in time trial, and which number gives him world championship? |

Not sure about the rest, ut nationality means:
1 - he won't have a big advantage in races of his home country
2 - he'll have a slight stat boost in his own country
3 - he'll have a major stat boost in own country
Most riders are at 2.
Don't think media/professionalism etc mean anything really. |

1: Former TT NC
2: Former RR NC
4: Former TT WC
8: Former RR WC
16: TT NC
32: RR NC
64: TT WC
128: RR WC
If a rider is more than one of these just add the numbers: 48 would be RR+TT National Champion.
That number can't be higher than 128 though, so if it would be just deduct 256 iirc. In that case World RR Champion+National RR Champion would be 128+32-256 = -96
Though I'm not totally sure with the last one..

If I remember correctly there is a separate table for contracts and that just links to the ID of the correct one in that table.

fkIDcontract
Just the ID of the contract for that rider. Contracts themselves are elsewhere. But get this wrong and the rider will get a random contract, or the game will crash.
value_i_nationalism
Fairly worthless. Likelyhood of racing for own country during WC's if i remember correctly. Basically everyone is at 2 for a reason.
For most editing it's simpler to just copy what the other lines say, especially if all the other lines are the same. Don't question the system, obey!
hidden_i_pro/social/media
Afaik these don't have an impact, or at least it's very small. Just making them all the same is much easier.

fkIDcontract refers to IDcontract in another table (DYN_contract_cyclist.
value_i_nationalism should be clear by now.
hidden_i_pro/social/media: used to be for when riders/you(managers) had to do interviews. But I don't think this has any impact anymore since that feature is left out the game. So it's quite useless. |
