Having found it though, they've done it wrong, distances are way off (or cobblestones if I read my French correctly)

Finishing circuit isn't exactly right (as in, I can't find the right roads and haven't made it into a circuit), but the rest of the route definitely is.

I can built the final circuit. I noticed you had gone a step too far with the route when making it so no problems.
