Stage 3 is flatter, but ends with an uphill sprint

Gutierrez Palacios took the first KoM points but being 10th overall, he is too much of a danger and reeled back in

More riders attack, and Wes Sulzberger is the strongest

He pulls out a minutes lead over the top of the 2nd climb

The Aussie allowes 3 others to catch him though. Tizza, Kannemeyer and Weissinger

In taking the 3rd KoM sprint later in the day, Sulzberger drops Tizza and Weissinger

Kannemeyer stays with hi mand then takes the final KoM points, but both are caught with 8.4 km to go.

In other competitions, Efimkin leads the Points rankings with 70 pts, Hagen is 2nd with 50.
Cabreira still leads the KoM classification on 20, with Efimkin on 18 and Seledkov on 17.
