12km to go and they still have a minute, the peloton have stopped chasing? Gate attacks at the base of the first climb

1'47" later the peleton comes over, lead by Kairelis. They have just let these two go
Partridge has gone clear at the second climb
He then waits for Gate, for no obvious reason
6km to go and the gap is out to 2'30" What on earth is going on

So Partridge gets the win and the overall lead
Nearly 3 minutes late Biondo leads in the peleton, Mori and De Fauw next
A very odd stage here Partridge has been given a large lead in the overall because the peleton got bored. Red Bull have made a serious tactical error here.
