Stage Favourites:

Ciolek, , Lo Cicero, Goss, Holloway & Vanderbiest.



Six riders make the final breakaway in Denmark, they were: Lampaert, Milan, Nieves, Vinhas & Yates. Not to forget Bikienga who started the stage in 5th.



Bikienga would mop up some more bonus points, however, the break stood little chance. With 22 KM to go only Yates (who took the max KOM points on offer today) & Lampaert survive ahead of the peloton, the gap only 37 seconds.



Team Puma - SAP with everything under control. The last remnants of the break are devoured with 13 KM to go and another sprint is on the cards.

Will it be win no.3 for Ciolek, no.2 for Lo Cicero or will someone upset the apple cart?

Meiji - Cannondale see some riders come alongside, but Lo Cicero is still in the ideal position.



Lo Cicero goes! Lavoine and Bennett struggle to stay anywhere near the wheel, but are the closest challengers.

Ciolek ...... is boxed in by Docker, a third stage win looks unlikely.



Ciolek finally gets a clear sight at the finish, but it will hit him before he knows it. The battle for the podium places will be tight one.



No doubt about the winner, thought. Lo Cicero picks up win no.2, showing his level with a big gap back to Lavoine who popped up for second today. Vanderbiest and Bennett put up a great final sprint to finish in the top 4 with Ciolek forced to settle for fifth after being hampered, but he does retain the points jersey and race lead going into the decisive day, GC - wise, in this stage race.
