A mix of attackers and sprinters contest an early intermediate sprint, and Pacheco just holds on to take it before Richeze comes charging past - with Kristoff 3rd

The sprinters drop back to leave the breakway formed, including King of the Mountains Dor Dviri. But on the first climb, he just watches as Pokerstars' Wallays attacks to take the points - just 2nd here for Dviri

As well as Dviri, Wallays and Pacheco, the break includes Sagan, bobridge and Sommerseth

Sagan takes the next intermediate sprint, ahead of Bobridge and Dviri

But inside 30km to go, the chase is in full flow, with multipel teams helping out

The final KoM of the tour. Again Wallays attacks for the points, while Dviri sits back and does not take any - for he does not need to - his jersey is now secured

Theres another sprint soon after, and the attack propels Wallays to take this aswell - with a charging Pacheco only able to take 2nd, with Bobridge 3rd

15km to go and the pack are closing, Sagan kicks off a last attempt of survival from the break

Bobridge is the strongest of these attacks, and the last to survive, but as focus turns towards the finish, he is caught with 6km to go

And now the sprint, 100% Me and Mercedes-Benz are looking strong, with Gaywood, Sinner, Kennaugh and Haedo up there

Kristoff is going strong on the other side though - despite being too far ahead of Richeze to provide a good lead out

Gajek takes the lead, as it all goes wrong once again for 100% Me and Mercedes-Benz. Gaywood seems to be the one to blame once again.

Gajek fades, and having kept himself in a good position near the front, Dan Lloyd kicks now and leads into the final kilometre

Challenging him are 2 stronger sprinters, in Croket and Forster

Lloyd desperately tries to hold on, but just on the line we see Forster edge past, and UBS take their 3rd stage win of this race!

Lloyd ends up 2nd, ahead of Croket, Richeze, and Baumann. Race leader Bellis is 12th, and takes over the lead of the points classification from Bertagnolli
