So what is this DB about ?
Actually this is going to be split up in two DB's and as you can probably guess it's about the young riders. The first part will consist of several National Teams for the riders and the riders are taken out of the real Junior Races. This part will also be for Single Player mode and it's sister db will be for career, where you can follow the same riders careers in their perspective teams.
What can you expect ?
The first release will future around 450 real young riders and you'll see a lot of changes to the calendar too. The database will be for 2014 and will feature many things, which I'll announce at a later point. The reason you can consider this a Fantasy DB is because, that the career version will feature fantasy teams with real riders.

Welcome to the 2014 season of U21 Cycling and welcome to the first addition of UCI's new project, which includes over 600 young riders daily effort in becoming the next big talent. Over the winter several sponsors have been trying hard to set a team of their own and finally the 2014 season can begin!
Follow the sprinter teams, which is supported by Pegasus Sports, Phillips and BMW on the highest level and see their quick and fresh young sprinters in action. More interested in seeing some actions in the hills, then Monster Energy , Belgacom and Red Bull not disappoint!
Bancolumbia , La Razon and Lapierre will show their pure strength in the mountains and will definitely dominate the 3 mini GT's on the busy schedule! While the pro's compete in Tour de France, Giro d'Italia and the Vuelta. Our young guys will fight in Columbia, France and eventually in Germany and this will also be on a level, worth comparing to the pro stage!

Download Instructions
1. Open the .rar file
2. Cloth folder goes into C/Game Folder/3D/Cyclists/Cloth/Team
3. CM_stages are located in C/Game Folder/CM_Stages
4. the file in documents are located in My Documents/Game Folder/Mod/Database
5. the folder in gui is located in C/Game Folder/Gui/team_shirt
6. Enjoy!

What sort of a matrix will the DB have? One with which the riders would fit in to the Daily DB? One where Top riders are good, but with room for improvement? Or one where top riders have stats in their 80s?
I'd happily help you with stats for the Irish youngsters (will the likes of Mullen still be in?), and if there are jerseys you need done, drop me a message on skype.

I'll try to base the stats by the fact, that younger riders tends to be more explosive and they are hard to predict. So There will be an high average on the Fighter stat because of that.
The oldest riders in the db are 21 to start with and a few will have stats around 80 but with low potential, since it's about the 17-19 year olds evolving quicker and may be able to compete against the bigger names 1 year + in an career Making it won't take long, but the testing will be to find the perfect match
EDIT : Yes Mullen is in it Not all talents will be in the first update, which in total will include 514 riders

Hello
I'm also in need of a assistance from a person with good standard knowledge with paint.net or photoshop. There will obvioisly be a lot new logo's and to avoid it looking hideous, I want to know if I can get some help when the time comes ?

@Mars : I have 80 % of all the riders written down already, but not one single of them have stats, so I can tell you though that all the biggest talents under 21 are there, together with a lot of junior level riders
EDIT : Current status is that I'm waiting for matt to finish a list of stats, for some of the oldest riders, so I can compare those to the younger riders, There will be somewhere between 500 riders in the first update, with 40/60 teams on it. Future updates will include more riders, teams, races and also things to improve the career experience
