Given the PCMdaily 2015 DB seems to have some delay, sgdanny and I thought about the idea of making our own 2015 DB.
This 2015 DB is based on the PCMdaily Expansion Pack V2.
The DB has most things that you could expect from a 2015DB, although it still is a fairly basic DB. This is mainly due to the fact that there are not a lot of 2015 files out yet, that mainly applies to the stage-files.
The download will therefore be fairly slim, not exactly sure about the size, but definitely under 0,5 GB.
We want to especially thank the PCMdaily DB team and lollo. Parts of both of the DBs have been used for our DB.

V2 Feature List
- A big stat overhaul including the latest updates up to 7 June 2015
- More national champions winner jerseys
- A lot of new 2015 routes for the big races, including the 2015 Giro d'Italia
- The full 2015 calendar
- 2015 jerseys for even more teams
- Clamel’s XMLs integrated in the DB, making the gameplay of a lot of races much more interesting!

- Altered potentials, decline ages and many stuff like that
- Correct heights and weight for every rider on a team
- Added basic 2014 palmares
- Changing basic stuff, like race categories

Install Instructions
1. Download the V1
2. Extract the .rar file with a program like 7zip, Winrar or an similar program. The location doesn't matter.
3. Open the To Program Files folder in the download and copy/paste the 5 maps into "C:/Program Files/Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2014/".
If asked to overwrite/merge maps, then click yes.
If you're a steam user, then the maps in the "To Program Files" folder should be copied to in C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2014.
If you installed PCM elsewhere, then copy to that folder.
4. Copy the Mod map from the ''To My Docs'' folder to My Documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2014/
5. Repeat this process, but now download the V2 instead and follow the same steps
6. Select the ''Jesgd2015_V2 in the options menu in-game.
7. You should now be able to play!
8. Enjoy

This is just mean't as a base db for the PCMdaily Database team to work on, but we might add more teams ourselves in the future. Also it's only 80 teams because not many has made 2015 jersey's and it would be weird adding so many teams with 2014 jersey's in a 2015 db =)

Well, 80 is not that few, it's about the amount Cyanide releases.
The thing is that a lot of teams are disbanding or completely changing identity. So some just have to be removed.
Sure we'd want to add more teams, but adding teams with everything of high quality(full correct roster, correct jerseys and logos, proper stats, equipment) just takes quite some time.
We want to make sure our DB has quality above quantity, and for this release, more than 80 teams was not possible.
If we update the DB(not 100% certain) then we'll indeed add some more teams.
We did want the DB to come out today at the latest though, because I'll be leaving for a week tonight, and we didn't want you to wait another 1,5 so that a few more teams are in but you got nothing to play now

Great! I am using the FDB right now, do I need to reinstall PCM in total for this database to work or can I just overwrite? Also, is it easy to add own teams? I don't care about shirts and material.

FDB overwrites lots of games' files so, reinstalling would be better I guess. Adding teams is easy if you get used to an advanced db editor interface: https://pcmdaily.com/tipstricks.php?ti...p?tipid=51

It would be recommended, yes.
You'll have to install the PCMdaily Expansion Pack (V1+V2) first, by thr way
