To avoid corrupted downloads and speed up the downloads a lot, we recommend using a download manager.

A historical 1999 database by Alex89. It contains the teams and riders of 1999 and also includes the real 1999 Tour de France route.

Installation:
1. Open the file with 7-Zip, WinRAR or similar.
2. Open ProgramFiles.7z and extract the content to your main PCM-folder, e.g. Program Files/Cyanide/PCM.
3. Open MyDocs.7z and extract the content to My Docs/PCM11
4. Open the game and pick 1999 - Version Finale.cdb in Options -> Database.

Well, the file is corrupt, so I guess this isn't gonna work out....

Works just fine here. As said on the top:
To avoid corrupted downloads and speed up the downloads, we recommend using a download manager, e.g. FlashGet.

I'm the creator of this Db, I'm sorry I could not finish my project because I was the only one to work on this project.
If i find more people for PCM 12 I'll try to upload a better project

Yes this is because I would like to block them as they can't go on a team until they are 18 but it does not work in PCM 11, maybe in PCM 12... I've seen a news on that...

I found the reason the game was crashing. Alex messed up the sponsor_regions part, after I did it completely new it works now for me.
